Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return: You may return any product within 7 days of the delivery date if it is defective or if you are not satisfied with the item.

 

Condition of Returned Goods: All returned items must be in unused condition and include all original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

 

Return Reason: You may return items for any reason, whether they are defective or simply because you do not like the product.

 

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dreamdormsusa@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Refund will be made of the item(s)'s final price paid by the customer. Delivery fee if charged will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let our customer service team know, and we will be happy to assist you.
